Shipment Processing

All orders placed before 3pm EST between Monday and Friday are processed and shipped same-day. For orders placed after 3pm EST Monday-Friday, on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays – your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Order Shipping Costs

For US shipments within the lower 48 States:

Free 2-Day Shipping.

For US shipments outside of the lower 48 States:
(Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories)

Free UPS Ground Shipping to Alaska.

Orders to Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. Other locations have shipping costs calculated in checkout.

For International Orders:

We offer DDP and DDU options for international shipments. VAT and Duties are included only on shipping methods that mention VAT and Duties Included in the method name. If you select a DDU option, additional fees will be charged at the border for import. DDP options will not have any additional fees for import.

Prices are calculated at checkout based on location and items ordered. Use the shipping calculator on the Cart Page to estimate shipping costs for International orders.

 

Transit Times 

2-Day:

Transit times are 2 business days after and not including the order processing date.

FedEx Ground / UPS Ground:

Transit times are 3-7 business days after and not including the order processing date.

International Orders:

International orders' transit times vary depending on location and items ordered, as well as customs delays when the item(s) reach the destination country. Typical transit times are 3-5 business days after and not including the order processing date, but may be as high as 7 business days.

Any rejected packages will subject to restocking fee (return shipping costs + any other charges billed to our account by the carrier)

Damaged Shipments

What to do if you receive a package that was damaged during transit:

If your product is damaged by the carrier during transit, visit the RMA Request page and submit the form within 30 days of purchase. After confirmation of the issue, Server Part Deals will refund the original purchase price or exchange the damaged item(s).
