Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by your order number included in the bill of sale or other proof from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number in the bill of sale or other proof serves as your warranty proof and must be retained. ServerPartDeals.com will honor no warranty claim without this type of proof. The bill of sale or other proof of purchase must be retained to return products to ServerPartDeals.com.
Obtaining an RMA
To return a product the customer must obtain an RMA number and provide proof of purchase.

Scope of Warranty Coverage
ServerPartDeals.com extends a warranty towards only those products purchased from ServerPartDeals.com as described in the bill of sale or other proof of purchase.
ServerPartDeals.com makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this product other than as set forth in this limited warranty description. ServerPartDeals.com makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.
ServerPartDeals.com does not offer technical support (e.g. firmware upgrades, troubleshooting, RAID setup, etc.) for any products. Technical support should be pursued through channels offered by the manufacturer/developer of the relevant products. ServerPartDeals.com is not responsible for giving any technical support concerning the installation or integration of any component purchased through ServerPartDeals.com. ServerPartDeals.com is not responsible for loss of data or time, even with hardware failure. Customers are responsible for backing up any data for their own protection. ServerPartDeals.com is not responsible for any loss of work (“down time”) caused by a product failing or requiring service. Under no circumstances will ServerPartDeals.com be responsible for any refund or remuneration exceeding the original purchase price of the product less any applicable shipping fees. ServerPartDeals.com is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use this product. Under no circumstances shall ServerPartDeals.com be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of this product.
International warranties are only approved after proof of malfunction or issue is provided to our technical support team. This applies to any products which have been exported from the United States to a different country.
Return of Non-Defective Products
A non-defective product may be returned to ServerPartDeals.com within 30 days of receiving the package for a refund of the original purchase price with the following conditions:
- The bill of sale or other proof of purchase must be retained to receive an RMA
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund
- Neither the original or return shipping costs, the shipping and handling fees, nor duties and excise taxes incurred will be refunded.
- No refund will be granted for products which have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way which jeopardizes ServerPartDeals.com’s ability to remarket or resell the product
- ServerPartDeals.com maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a products fitness for return
- To return a product, please follow the “Obtaining an RMA” and “Shipping the product back to ServerPartDeals.com” instructions
- RMA’s are valid for 10 days from date of issuance
- Returns will not be accepted without an RMA
- Most refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours
- After 30 days have passed from the invoice date, non-defective products will no longer qualify for an RMA and will not be accepted for return
Return of Defective Products
ServerPartDeals.com warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship for the time period specified on ServerPartDeals.com or through a requested Warranty Certificate for your purchased product. During this period, ServerPartDeals.com will replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts, or provide a refund, at ServerPartDeals.com’s option.
A defective product may be returned to ServerPartDeals.com within the specified warranty period for a replacement of the original (if available), equivalent product or refund of the original purchase price with the following conditions:

- The bill of sale, serial numbers of defective products and/or other proof of purchase must be provided to ServerPartDeals.com to receive an RMA
- Neither the original shipping cost, the shipping and handling fees, nor duties and excise taxes incurred from international orders will be refunded at any time during the warranty period
- ServerPartDeals.com will pay for shipping within 30 days of the invoice date for return of defective products shipped within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii
- ServerPartDeals.com will not pay for return shipping beyond 30 days from the invoice date
- No refund will be granted for products which have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way which jeopardizes ServerPartDeals.com’s ability to remarket or resell the product
- ServerPartDeals.com shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from:
- misuse, abuse, neglect, or installation
- disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current
- any hardware or software/firmware service, modification or alteration
- damages incurred through irresponsible use, including those resulting from malware, software, firmware, server modification, non-standard operating conditions or other non-recommended practices which are outside of the manufacturer’s specifications

Products Returned for Shipping Damages
Although every precaution is taken to avoid damage during transit, sometimes parts will arrive damaged due to mishandling on the part of the shipping company. If a product arrives damaged due to shipping problems, e.g. with a crushed, torn, or dented box, this must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the product.
Shipping Products Back to ServerPartDeals.com
All returned parts must have an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a note detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without an RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only valid for 10 days from the date of issue, not including shipping time. Please follow the below shipping instructions to ensure your returned parts are accepted:
- Pack the product in its original box or a well-protected box with plenty of packing material to prevent damage during transit
- It is very important that you write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the product with a copy of your bill of sale or other proof of purchase, your name, address, phone number, description of the problem(s), and the RMA number you have obtained to:
