Accessibility Statement

We want ServerPartDeals.com to be easy to use for everyone, including customers who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely used international standard for accessible websites. We have not yet reached it on every page, and this page is updated as the work continues.

What we have done

  • August 28 to September 4, 2026: a review of the site's code. We fixed page structure and headings, added text descriptions to images, improved color contrast and form labels, and corrected keyboard focus in menus, panels and carousels.
  • September 2026: the new collection and search pages were tested, and the issues found were fixed before launch.
  • October 6, 2026: the interactive parts of the site were tested using only a keyboard, from menus and filters to product options, the cart and our forms. Focus order, focus inside open panels and carousel controls were corrected, and low-contrast text was darkened. A second review repeated the tests, and what it found was fixed.
  • October 7 to 19, 2026: further fixes to image descriptions, button and link names, headings, visible focus outlines, notices on links that open a new tab, and the order of headings on product pages.
  • November 2026: fixes from a full site review, including keyboard focus returning to the right place when the cart closes, menu items that open a submenu now working as buttons, larger tap areas on small controls on phones, and clearer labels on cart quantity fields.
  • November 5, 2026: the site was tested with the NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers on desktop computers, using automated tests of the home page, product listings, product pages, the cart and the contact form. Button and link names that were read twice or run together were corrected, along with how the cart window and empty required fields are announced.

How we keep it accessible

Changes to the site's code are tested before they go live, with automated checks and, when menus, the cart, carousels or product pages change, a keyboard test. The live site is checked again after each change.

Known limitations

  • Checkout, payment buttons, product reviews, quote request forms and live chat are provided by other companies. We correct what we can on our side, but we cannot change all of their code.
  • Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, and it can be hard to use with some assistive technology. If it gets in your way, call or email us instead, using the contact details below.
  • Some older product descriptions and blog posts were written before this work began and may still have issues, such as images without descriptions or tables without headers. We fix these as we find them.

Report a barrier

If any part of the site is hard to use, tell us the page and what you were trying to do. We will fix it, and we will take your order by phone or email at the same price, with free shipping.

We aim to reply within 2 business days.
