The Gigabyte R282-Z93 is a 2U rackmount GPU server built for AI training, inference, visual computing and high-performance computing workloads. This unit is configured with two AMD EPYC 7H12 processors, 64-Core each (128 Total), two Broadcom BCM57414 NetXtreme-E 10Gb/25Gb RDMA network adapters, and two Broadcom SAS39xx 12G SAS storage controllers. Onboard networking is 2x 1GbE via an Intel I350-AM2 controller plus a dedicated management LAN. The chassis provides 32 DDR4 DIMM slots across 8 channels per CPU at up to 3200 MT/s, twelve 3.5"/2.5" SATA/SAS hot-swap bays, three full-height full-length PCIe Gen4 x16 slots for GPUs, two full-height half-length PCIe Gen4 x16 slots, an OCP NIC 3.0 Gen4 x16 slot and an OCP 2.0 Gen3 x8 mezzanine slot. Installed add-in cards occupy some expansion slots, so available GPU capacity depends on the current configuration. Power is supplied by two 2000W 80 PLUS Platinum redundant units with 100-240V AC input. Sold as CPU only — no memory, GPUs, or drives included.

We test every server before you do.
Every server Server Part Deals sells passes an internal 4-stage testing protocol before it ships. While many resellers stop at a basic power-on check, we validate installed hardware, firmware, system performance, thermals, and stability under sustained load. Each server is tested to confirm that it meets or exceeds its listed specifications.
Stage 1: Physical Inspection
- Chassis and structural inspection
- Port, connector, and backplane check
- Fan, heatsink, and airflow inspection
- Shipping-damage and component-security check
Stage 2: Hardware & Firmware Validation
- CPU, RAM, and storage verification
- BIOS and firmware validation
- RAID and controller detection
- Remote-management interface check
Stage 3: Performance Testing
- Processor and memory benchmarking
- Storage and network throughput testing
- Multi-component load simulation
- Power and thermal-performance validation
Stage 4: Stability & System Testing
- Extended burn-in testing
- Hardware-error and event-log review
- Fan, temperature, and power monitoring
- Final boot and configuration verification
